Paul Gregory Alms was born in Houston, Texas and attended Concordia College-River Forest (now Concordia Chicago) and graduated in 1985. He received an MDiv from Concordia Theological Seminary in 1992 and served his first parish in Laurel, Maryland. In 1996 he accepted a call to be Pastor of Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church in Catawba, NC. In 2003 he earned a Master of Sacred Theology degree from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne. He has been active in the wider church, teaching at the seminary n Fort Wayne as well

Fran Little has been the Administrative Secretary for Redeemer since 1987. She serves as secretary to the Pastor, Elders and other staff upon request. She is the editor/publisher of the monthly newsletter and prepares the weekly and other special worship bulletins throughout the church year. She serves as webmaster for our Redeemer web-site and maintains the church's membership database.
teaching serving on two teaching tours in Siberia for the Siberian Evangelical Lutheran Church. Pastor met his wife Suzanne while at Concordia River Forest and they have been blessed with four wonderful daughters, Katie, Rebecca, Hannah and Natalie.
Lynn Westray serves as the Altar Guild Chairperson. In this role she works closely with Pastor Alms to assure our altar is properly prepared for all worship services. She oversees the Altar Guild and Sympathy Servers who serve our berived families. She coordinates Lent and Advent Suppers, and various receptions for celebrations during the church year.
Barbara Edwards oversees the cleaning needs of Redeemer. She takes great pride in keeping our church spotless, fresh and welcoming to members and visitors.
God blesses us through His servants and members at Redeemer.
